Undaunted Golf3.4.16 - App Store

Build confidence, ease frustration, maintain focus, and shoot lower scores with the world's best mindfulness app for golfers.

At Undaunted Athlete, we make mindfulness apps for athletes who love to compete.

Athletes who care about winning.
Athletes who care about getting better.
Athletes who care about resilience, perseverance, and the thrill of overcoming adversity.

And our content is built just for athletes.

We know you want content that you can easily understand and connect with, so we created content that feels like a pre-game pep talk.

We know you might be skeptical that mindfulness is for you, so we make it easy for you to see how you can use it during tournament rounds, during practice, and throughout the ups and downs of a season.

We know that if you wanted us to talk about a third eye, a heart center, or achieving consciousness, you'd be using a different app.

DESIGNED TO BE USED ONCE A DAY, HERE'S HOW THE APP WORKS:

1) Choose a series. We have tons of incredible content that will help you improve your game.

2) Hit play, listen, and get inspired. Every day starts with a two-minute “thought of the day” where your coach will share an inspiring and memorable lesson that will help you use the latest research in sports performance, wellbeing, and positive psychology to improve your golf game.

3) Practice guided meditation. After the thought of the day, you’ll be guided through a mindfulness meditation designed to help you bring your skills to the course.

WHAT DOES THE RESEARCH SAY ABOUT HOW ATHLETES BENEFIT FROM PRACTICING MINDFULNESS?
- Improved focus
- Increased confidence and resiliency
- Improved ability to manage strong emotions
- More positive emotions & fewer negative emotions
- Better relationships
- Better performance under pressure
